I used to run into the library, eyes bugging, looking for the recognizable covers, for anything new I hadn’t read yet. At least these are not as bad as all of the Disney books available. A lot of people feel overwhelmed by school work and homework, but I, like Brother, realized that I sometimes exaggerate about how much work I have and tend to avoid it sometimes. Oaky, so thrice I used this book to drive the point home to my daughters and son to d their homework. Teachers can use this story as a way to open a discussion about the importance of taking responsibility for completing classroom and homework assignments. I think the authors should have used a more kid-friendly example, like perhaps ‘going to work’ or other things adults do. I used to read these with my parents all the bloody time!

My daughter would have a lot more to worry about than her homework mess, if she tried to back talk me like that. Padahal PR terasa kebanyakan karena tidak segera dikerjakan.
